e-Awas: Digitalization for Transparency, Efficiency and Good Governance

e-Awas is a comprehensive digital initiative of the Chhattisgarh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board (CGHIDB) aimed at transforming and streamlining the management and delivery of housing-related services through technology.

The system facilitates computerisation of housing records, allotment management, property and financial information, payment tracking, possession and registry status, and other essential housing services through an integrated digital platform.

The initiative is designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, accountability and accessibility, while reducing manual processes and enabling faster delivery of services to allottees and stakeholders.

Right to Information Act

An Act to provide for setting out the pratical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions. The act extends to whole of india except the state of Jammu & Kashmir.

Time Limit Monitoring System

It’s an online interdepartmental application used for allotting time limit based task to different Divisional/Nodal Officers by the Head of Department. The basic functionality of TLMS is to provide time to time online monitoring report of different tasks allotted to keep the progress in check.

Lok Seva Guarantee Adhiniyam

Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011 is law enacted by Government of Chhattisgarh in 2011 that ensures the delivery of certain public services to citizens by the state government, local bodies, public authorities or agencies within the stipulated time and to fix the liabilities of persons responsible for delivery of such services in the event of default.
